Lola Grande Foundation for Women and Children, Inc. is an organization that aims to advance women empowerment by promoting activities geared towards women’s rights, gender responsive governance, equal human rights for women in the workplace, prevention of trafficking of women and reintegration of returning women migrants. It also aims to organize conferences and seminars, publish bulletins and papers relating to relevant women’s issues, and to promote linkages with other organizations and institutions in support of the objectives of the Foundation. Doris Magsaysay Ho and Ambassador Narcisa Escaler as its Co- Chairwomen, with Sylvia Lichauco as Executive Director, lead the foundation.
PSA is working with the Lola Grande Foundation in Santa Ana in Metro Manila on solid waste and sewerage issues, as well as the installation of public toilets and improved comfort room facilities in area schools as part of the USAID-Rotary Pasig River Improvement Project.
